大运河文化带小城镇文化产业发展策略探析——以江苏大运河文化带沿线小城镇为例

摘　　要：利用运河文化遗产资源发展文化产业得到了运河沿线城市的高度重视,而运河沿线小城镇文化产业的创新与发展问题,还需要进一步引起重视。运河沿线小城镇也同样具有丰富的物质文化遗产与非物质文化遗产资源,大运河江苏段沿线有许多小城镇,如窑湾古镇、码头古镇、邵伯古镇、震泽古镇等,可以发展运河特色文化产业,拉动文化消费,促进小城镇经济与社会全面发展。结合十九大报告提出的实施乡村振兴战略与国家发布的大运河文化保护传承利用规划纲要的要求,探讨小城镇文化产业发展策略,对推动大运河文化带江苏段运河沿线小城镇特色文化产业的创新与发展具有重要意义;把江苏运河小城镇建设好,能为大运河文化带沿线小城镇文化产业发展起到示范作用。The development of cultural industry by using inherited canal cultural resources has been highly valued by cities along the canal;however, the innovation and development of cultural industry for small towns along the Canal needs further attention. Small towns along the Canal, like those cities, have considerable tangible as well as intangible cultural heritages. There are many small cities and towns along the Grand Canal in Jiangsu, such as Yaowan Ancient Town, Dock Ancient Town, Shaobo Ancient Town, Zhenze Ancient Town, etc. Cultural industry will stimulate cultural consumption and promote the comprehensive development of those small towns economically and otherwise. In connection with the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy proposed by the 19 th National Congress and the requirements of the National Planning of Grand Canal Cultural Heritage Protection, it is of great significance to come up with practicable strategies for the development of cultural industry of small towns along the Grand Canal in Jiangsu in order to promote its innovation and development and thereby provide models for other small towns of similar standing along the Canal.
