摘 要:随着长三角城市群一体化发展上升为国家战略,长三角旅游一体化也被提上日程。自改革开放以来,长三角旅游一体化已有三十多年的实践,2018年江浙沪皖三省一市共同签署的《推进长三角区域旅游一体化发展2018年行动计划》表明,长三角旅游一体化发展进入新阶段。通过对相关文献的梳理发现,长三角地区空间集聚态势明显,从目前的旅游一体化发展状况看,长三角旅游一体化的核心仍是上海,杭州、苏州、南京是长三角旅游城市群的次核心城市。高铁的发展对长三角旅游一体化有明显的促进作用。新常态下,长三角旅游一体化面临的新问题主要表现为配套支持力度不够、公共服务标准未完全统一。江苏在长三角旅游一体化发展的背景下,应分区域、分阶段地推进一体化进程,完善硬件交通网络和软件配套设施,提升旅游公共服务水平,建立统一、标准的公共服务体系。With the integration of urban agglomerations in the Yangtze River Delta becoming a national strategy, that of tourism in the Yangtze River Delta has also been put on the agenda. Since China’s reform and opening up, such integration has been practiced for more than 30 years, and a new stage of it was marked by the signing of "The 2018 Action Plan for Promoting the Integration of Tourism in the Yangtze River Delta". Based on the literature review, this paper finds that the spatial agglomeration of the Delta is obvious. The core of the current tourism integration in the Delta is still Shanghai, with Hangzhou, Suzhou and Nanjing ranking next. The development of high-speed rail has a significant role in promoting tourism integration in the Delta. Under the new normal conditions, insufficient support and incomplete unification of public service standards are among the main problems. Consequently, Jiangsu should promote the integration process region by region and stage by stage. It should improve its transportation network and supporting facilities, raise the public service level of tourism, and establish a unified and standard public service system.
