潮汕地区农村留守妇女社会支持网络的社会工作介入——以广东省潮汕地区双百社工站点妇女服务项目为例

摘　　要：文章通过半结构访谈法和参与观察法对潮汕地区农村留守妇女的社会支持网络进行实证研究。研究结果显示,潮汕地区农村留守妇女正式社会支持网络缺乏,非正式支持网络不足。社会工作可以有效助力农村留守妇女构建良好的社会支持网络。通过文献研究法对潮汕地区三个双百社工站点的妇女服务项目资料进行深入分析,了解现有服务经验和存在不足。在此基础上总结和反思,提出改善建议,以期为农村留守妇女构建强有力的社会支持网络,助力新时代农村可持续发展。The article conducts an empirical study on the social support network of rural left-behind women in Chaoshan area through semi-structured interview and participatory observation.The results of the study show that there is a lack of formal social support networks for rural left-behind women in the Chaoshan area and insufficient informal support networks.Social work can effectively help rural left-behind women to build a good social support network.Through literature research, this paper makes an indepth analysis of the data of women’s service projects in three Shuangbai social work sites in Chaoshan area, so as to understand the existing service experience and deficiencies.On this basis, the author summarized and reflected, and proposed improvement suggestions, in order to build a strong social support network for rural left-behind women and facilitate rural sustainable development in the new era.
