摘　　要：OA系统是多种技术完美结合的产物,在信息时代,信息是在竞争中取胜的关键,而OA系统可以对信息进行收集、分析和处理。政务机构在办公时需要与外界进行信息交流,但同时也面临着安全威胁。笔者通过对政府机构办公自动化系统安全策略进行探究,针对政府机构办公自动化系统面临的安全威胁,提出访问权限控制、使用数字签名功能、提高密码安全性及登录限制等安全策略,希望对保证OA系统的安全有所帮助。OA system is the product of the perfect combination of various technologies. In the information age, information is the key to win in the competition. OA system can collect, analyze and process information. Government agencies need to exchange information with the outside world when they work, but they also face security threats. Through exploring the security strategy of government office automation system, the author puts forward some security strategies, such as access control, digital signature function, password security and login restriction, aiming at the security threats faced by government office automation system, hoping to help ensure the security of OA system.
