摘　　要：目的分析颅脑肿瘤手术后并发远隔部位急性硬脑膜外血肿的相关危险因素。方法选择淮安市第二人民医院2014年4月-2018年4月30例颅脑肿瘤手术后并发远隔部位急性硬脑膜外血肿患者视作观察组,另外选取同期颅脑肿瘤手术后没有并发远隔部位急性硬脑膜外血肿的50例患者视作对照组,对两组患者进行临床资料的单因素及多因素分析。结果通过单因素分析基础上的多因素分析显示,颅脑肿瘤患者的年龄、颅脑肿瘤大小、并发脑积水、使用甘露醇是导致颅脑肿瘤手术切除后并发远隔部位急性硬膜外血肿的独立危险因素,P<0.05。结论颅脑肿瘤手术后并发远隔部位急性硬脑膜外血肿的危险因素有多种,临床应该注重做好危险因素的干预,以保证手术治疗效果。Objective To analyze the risk factors of acute epidural hematoma in distant site after craniocerebral tumor surgery. Methods From April 2014 to April 2018 totally 30 cases of cerebral tumor surgery in our hospital concurrent hematogenously in patients with acute epidural hematoma, as observation group, cerebral tumor surgery. in addition, to select the same period no concurrent hematogenously 50 patients with acute epidural hematoma, as control group, the clinical data of two groups of patients were done single factor and multiple factors analysis.Results Multi-factor analysis based on single factor analysis showed that age, size of brain tumor, complicated hydrocephalus and mannitol were independent risk factors leading to acute epidural hematoma in distant site after surgical resection of brain tumor. However, there was no direct correlation between brain atrophy and operative position and the occurrence of acute epidural hematoma. All patients in the observation group survived minimally invasive puncture treatment, and the hematoma was eliminated to varying degrees. There were 23 cases with 5 points of GOS after surgery, 5 cases with 4 points and 2 cases with 3 points. Conclusion There are many risk factors of acute epidural hematoma in distant site after operation for craniocerebral tumor.
