新杀螨剂“螨克”对家蚕的残毒及影响试验

摘　　要：对两个不同产地的杀螨剂,即:英国螨克(EMK)和德国螨克(GMK),分别用1000倍液和2000倍浓度的药液喷洒桑叶,间隔一定时间(6天,13天)后,采叶分别喂夏芳原蚕和七字号普种蚕,进行残毒测验,结果得出:长时间(2至5龄)连续给药叶的蚕,无论是普种蚕还是原种蚕,都是食叶时间越长,中毒现象越严重;说明两个国家生产的杀螨剂对家蚕都有累积中毒的作用。高浓度与低浓度比较,高浓度影响大,残毒期长。另外,EMK和GMK比较,EMK对蚕的影响比GMK大。We sprayed mulberry leaves respectively with EMK of 1:1000 and GMK of 1:2000.After a fixed period(6 and 13 days),we picked the leaves to feed Xifang original silkworms and No.7 ordinary silkworms.Then we conducted tests of remaining toxicant.Results showed that long period(2 to 5 instars)of feeding with these leaves would lead to toxicosis to both kinds of silkworms;the longer,the stronger.It proved that both miticides could accumulate toxicosis.Compared with that of low density, miticide of high density has the stronger effect.
