青鲜素对洋葱化杀效果初探

摘　　要：本试验采用青鲜素为化学杀雄剂,以0.02％和0.05％两种浓度,在抽苔初期、开花期和盛花期各喷药一次,观测调查其杀雄对雌蕊损伤及结实率。试验结果表明:0.05％的青鲜素的化学杀雄效果较好,且对雌蕊的损伤小,结实率较高。In our experiment,we used MH(maleic hydrazide)of 0.02% and 0.05% concentrations,as chemical stamen-killing drops to spray onion plants during the periods of bolting,florescence and blooming,and observed their effects on pistil and fruit.Results have show that the treatment of 0.05% concentration achieved the better result,and did little damage to pistil and the rate of fruiting.
