血清碱性成纤维细胞生长因子水平与原发性高血压关系初探

摘　　要：目的 观察原发性高血压患者血清碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)水平的变化。方法 80名原发性高血压患者进行超声心动图检查,根据有无左室肥厚(LVH)将患者分为单纯高血压组(n=38)和高血压合并LVH组(n=42)。用酶联免疫法(ELASA法)测定血清bFGF水平,另选20例正常人作为对照,比较3组之间血清bFGF水平。结果与正常对照组比较,单纯高血压组和高血压合并LVH组血清bFGF水平均降低,(16.96±1.68vs 14.11±4.68和16.96±1.68vs 13.58±7.99,P<0.05)。高血压合并LVH组与单纯高血压组二组间比较无显著性差异,P>0.05。结论原发性高血压患者血清bFGF水平降低。Objectives To observe the changes of human serum basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) in patients with essential hypertension with or without left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH ) . Methods Eighty patients with essential hypertension were studied using echocardiogrophy to determine LVH. The serum levels of bFGF was measured by enzyme im-munoassay method, and 20 healthy control subjects. Results The serum levels of bFGF in the groups of essential hypertension and of essential hypertension with LVH were decreased than in normal subject group (14.11+4.68 vs 16.96+ 1.68 and 13.58 + 7.99 iw 16.96 + 1.68, P < 0.05). No changes of serum levels of bFGF between in patients of essential hypertension and essential hypertension with left LVH were found (P , 0.05). Conclusion The serum levels of bFGF decrease in patients of essential hypertension and essential hypertension with LVH.
