摘　　要：目的 :探讨显微前外侧入路椎间孔切除减压术治疗脊髓型颈椎病的疗效。方法 :从 2 0 0 0年 1月— 2 0 0 2年 1月采用该方法治疗 3例脊髓型颈椎病患者 ,2例颈 5— 6椎间盘向左突出患者 ,1例右颈 5— 6神经根受压、椎间盘突出患者。结果 :行显微前外侧入路椎间孔切除术将钩椎关节切除、椎间盘部分切除后椎间盘受压症状减轻或消失 ,神经根受压症状减轻。结论 :采用显微前外侧入路椎间孔切除术治疗颈脊髓型颈椎病 ,可以直接迅速解除病痛 ,术后康复迅速 ,作为一种新的多快好省的治疗方法 。Objective: It is to explore the decompression of microsurgery foraminotomy for cervical spondylotic myelopathy. Methods: Three cases of myelopathy, which included two cases with C 5-6 disc herniation and one case with neural foramen, underwent decompression with microsurgery. Results: Uncovertebral joint were removed with anterior lateral approach of microsurgery foraminotomy and herniated disc were partially removed. The symptom of spine decompressed were relieved. Conclusion: Decompression of microsurgical anterior cervical foraminotomy for cervical spondylotic myelopathy is a quite deffective, safe and reliable therapeutic option.
