抵当汤改良方治疗早期糖尿病肾病的研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察抵当汤改良方治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法 :将 60例早期糖尿病肾病患者平均分为 2组 ,对照组予常规西药治疗 ;治疗组在服用常规西药的基础上 ,加服抵当汤改良口服液 ,疗程 8周 ,观察两组疗效。结果 :治疗组在降低早期糖尿病肾病患者的微白蛋白尿、改善内生肌酐清除率方面优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,并能降低血糖、糖基化血红蛋白 ,调节脂代谢 ,保护血管内皮细胞功能。结论Objective: It is to explore the clinical effect of improving prescription of Didang decoction (IPDD) on diabetic nephropathy in earlier period. Methods: Based on general western medical treatment, sixty patients with diabetic nephropathy patients were additionally treated with IPDD for eight weeks and the effects were observed. Results: The small albuminuria of the patients with diabetic nephropathy in earlier period obviously decreased, the blood sugar and glycosylated hemoglobin and regulate lipid metabolism decreased, the endogenous creatinine clearance rate were improved, and protecting function on endothelial cell of blood vessel was found. Conclusion: IPDD can effectively prevent diabetic nephropathy in earlier period.
