摘　　要：目的 :测定中药郁李仁中苦杏仁甙的含量。方法 :用甲醇提取苦杏仁甙 ,高效液相色谱法 (HPLC)分离 ,紫外可变波长检测器检测。Agilent 110 0Series高效液相色谱仪 ,YWG-C18( 10 μm ,2 5 0mm× 4 .6mm)色谱柱 ,流动相为水 -甲醇 -乙腈 ( 70 :2 5 :5 ) ,流速为 0 .6ml/min ,柱温 :30℃ ,检测波长 :2 2 5nm。结果 :郁李仁中苦杏仁甙的含量为 2 .67%± 0 .0 5。结论 :该方法操作简单 ,稳定 ,快捷 ,可作为郁李仁的质量监控方法。Objective: To determine amygdalin content of prunus tomentosa Thunb. By HPLC. Method: Amygdalin was extracted by methanol. The seperation was performed on YWG-C 18 (10μm, 250mm×4.6mm) Column with water- methanol-ethyl nitrile as mobile phase. The flow rate was 0.6ml/min,the wavelength of UV detector was 225nm and the column temperature was 30℃. Result: The amygdalin contents of prunus tomentosa thunb.was 2.67%. Conclusion: The method was simple, accurate, rapid and with good stabilization. It was a better method for controlling the quality of prunus tomentosa thunb. [
