摘　　要：目的　研究复温温度和白细胞介素 1(IL 1)对冷冻精子复温后存活率和顶体反应率的影响。方法　采用精液速冻法 ,不同浓度IL 1作用于解冻后的精液 ,以三色染色法检测顶体反应率。结果　对冻融精子 37℃水浴复温效果优于 4 1℃ ,10ng ml、5 0ng mlIL 1可减少精子存活率和顶体反应率。结论　一定剂量IL 1可降低精子存活率和顶体反应率 ,可能是由于IL 1可使Na+ K+ ATP酶活性降低 ,而对丙二醛 (MDA)无影响。Objective To investigate the effect of thawing temperature and interleukin 1(IL 1) on human sperm by measuring viability and acrosome reaction rate. Methods Sperm was rapidly frozen, and then different concentrations of IL 1 were added to defrozen sperm. Acrosome reaction was observed by triple stain technique.Results Thawing at 37℃ in a water bath was superior to 41℃ for the post thawing sperm quality.10ng/ml,50ng/ml IL 1 could reduce viability and acrosome reaction rate.Conclusion IL 1 could decrease viability and acrosome reaction rate,which might be due to the decrease of Na + K + ATPase activity, whereas is not related to the amount of MDA.
