伤害性刺激对大鼠中央杏仁核痛反应神经元电活动的影响

摘  要:目的 研究大鼠中央杏仁核 (ACE)在痛觉调制中的作用。方法 用电脉冲刺激坐骨神经作为伤害性刺激 ,采用细胞外记录法 ,通过玻璃微电极引导神经元放电。结果 ①ACE中存在痛反应神经元 ;②痛反应神经元在ACE中呈不规则分布 ;③伤害性刺激使痛兴奋神经元 (PEN)诱发放电频率增加 ,使痛抑制神经元 (PIN)诱发放电频率降低 ,并出现完全抑制时程 ,两类神经元相互配合活动 ;④腹腔注射吗啡 (10mg kg)可以对抗伤害性刺激对痛反应神经元的作用。结论 中央杏仁核参与痛觉信息的调制 ,是中枢神经系统控制和处理痛觉信息的一个重要组成部分。Objective To search the effect of Central Amygdaliod Nucleus on the modulation of pain.Methods Trains of the electric impulses applied to the sciatic nerve were used as noxious stimuli. According to the extracellular recording method, the discharges of neurons were channeled off by glass microelectrode.Results ①Pain related neurons existed in Central Amygdaliod Nucleus.② The pain related neurons displayed irregularly in Central Amygdaliod Nucleus.③When the noxious stimuli were administered,the frequency of induced discharge of pain excited neuron (PEN) was increased while the frequency of pain inhibited neuron was decreased and the perfectibility inhibition was presented. ④Intraperitoneal injection of morphine (10mg/kg) antagonized the effects of noxious stimuli on the pain related neurons. Conclusion From the data presented, it is suggested that Central Amygdaliod Nucleus plays an essential role in perceiving, integrating and transmitting the pain impulses.
