活血明目汤对兔实验性高眼压小梁细胞影响的研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨活血明目汤对实验性高眼压兔眼微循环、小梁细胞及细胞外基质的影响。方法　 3 2只实验性高眼压兔随机分为活血明目汤治疗组和高眼压阴性对照组。治疗组以活血明目汤灌胃 ,对照组以生理盐水灌胃 ,检测球结膜微循环状况和并在光学显微镜和透射电子显微镜下观察小梁细胞的病理改变。结果　治疗组给药第 1 0天球结膜微循环明显改善 ,与对照组比较差异有显著性 (P <0 0 1 )。治疗组的小梁细胞变性较轻 ,细胞外基质无明显堆积。结论　活血明目汤可以明显改善兔实验性高眼所致微循环障碍 ,防止小梁细胞变性。OBJECTIVE To study the effect of huoxuemingmutang(活血明目汤), a traditional Chinese medicine, on trabecular meshwork cells and extracellular matrix in rabbits with experimental intraocular hypertension METHODS Thirty two rabbits were divided into treated group with huoxuemingmutang and control group without treatment random Huoxuemingmutang was administered in the treated group, and normal saline were given in the control group.The conjunctive microcirculations were measured, and the pathological morphological changes of the trabecular meshwork are observed by light and transmission electron microscopy RESULTS At 10 days the conditions of the conjunctive microcirculation were improved remarkably in the treated group after administration of the huoxuemingmutang, and there was a significant difference between two groups were ( P <0 01) The pathological changes of the trabecular meshwork were much less in the treated group than control group Deposit of extracellular matrix was not obvious CONCLUSIONS Conditions of the conjunctive microcirculation could improve in the rabbits with experimental intraocular hypertension treated with huoxuemingmutang, and this medicine could prevent the trabecular meshwork in the rabbits with experimental intraocular hypertension from degenerating, necrose and proliferation effectively
