复方辛夷口服液在支气管哮喘治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的　观察中药复方辛夷口服液在中、重度支气管哮喘治疗中的作用。方法　治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用中药复方辛夷口服液 10mL ,3次 /日 ,7天为 1疗程。对照组采用常规的解痉、平喘、抗过敏治疗 ,疗程同治疗组。结果　治疗组和对照组总有效率是基本相等的 ,治疗组的临控率高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,疗效稳定。治疗组能够显著改善肺功能 ,VC、FEV1、FEV1%治疗前后比有极显著差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,与对照组比有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　复方辛夷口服液在治疗支气管哮喘中具有显著改善肺功能作用 。OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of Compound Xinyi Oral Liquid in the treatment of severe and moderate bronchial asthma.METHOD In additional to routine treatment, Compound Xinyi Oral Liquid was used in the treatment group (with 10 mL each time, 3 times daily and 7 days as a course of treatment). The control group was treated with routine treatment.RESULT The total effective rates in the two groups were similar, but the clinical control rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group ( P <0.05). In the treatment group, pulmonary function was improved and VC, FEV 1 and FEV 1% were changed greatly ( P <0.01) with marked difference as compared with the control group ( P <0.05).CONCLUSION Compound Xinyi Oral Liquid has good effect in improving pulmonary function in the treatment of bronchial asthma and further study and popularization are indicated.
