摘  要:从豆腐制造厂废水中分离到 7株能脱氮的光合细菌 ,按照《伯杰细菌鉴定手册》第九版 (1994年 )进行系统鉴定 ,其中 5株为球形红假单胞菌 ,2株为深红红螺菌。此外 ,还对其脱氮条件进行了研究。结果表明这些菌能以琥珀酸、丙酮酸、苹果酸、葡萄糖、乳酸等底物为碳源 ,在厌氧条件下利用 NO3-和 NO2 -作为电子受体 ,产生 N2 ,最高产氮量为 31.80 ml/ 4 8h、2 0 m l/ 4 8h,产氮活性为 6 .37m l/ g· h。光对乳酸产氮有很强的抑制作用 ,而对其他碳源没有影响 ,脱氮的最佳条件为黑暗、厌氧、p H为 7.2。strains of denitrifying photosynthetic bacteria from waste water of bean curd factory were isolated.Those strains were identified according to Berger's Manual of Determinative Bacteriolgy,9th ed.1994,among which 5 strains were Rhodopseudomons sphaeroides, the others was Rhodospirillum rubrum Moreover,the denifrifing conditions for those strains were studied.The result shows that they can produce nitrogen by using succinate,pyruvate,malic acid and glucose lactic acid as carborn source,and NO 3 -,NO 2 - as electron receptor under anaerobic condition.The highest amount of N 2 production is 31.80 ml/20 ml.48 h,the activity of N 2 production is 6.37 ml/g·h.N 2 production was inhabited by light when lactic acid were used as carborn source and no effect on other kinds of carborn source.The suitable denitrifying condition is dark,anaerobic and pH is 7.2.
