彩色超声和声学密度技术评价不同时期深静脉血栓的特点

摘　　要：目的:应用彩色超声多普勒成像系统和声学密度技术(AD)评价和测定急性、亚急性和慢性期深静脉血栓的特点和IBS值(integratedbackscatter,IBS),为临床提供客观、定量的诊断指标。方法:根据病程和彩色超声多普勒表现选择下肢深静脉血栓形成的急性(38条)、亚急性(32条)和慢性期(33条)病例进行IBS值测定并与正常人做对照。结果:急性期血栓IBS值20.33±5.65dB,亚急性期血栓IBS值23.97±8.65dB,慢性期血栓IBS值36.71±9.78dB;急性期血栓与慢性期血栓的IBS值差异非常显著(P<0.01),与亚急性期血栓IBS值间无显著性差异(P>0.05);亚急性期血栓与慢性期血栓的IBS值间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:AD技术能无创性定量评价下肢深静脉血栓的组织特征。Objective:To determine the characteristics of deep venous thrombus in acute,subacute and chronic phases,and to provide objective and quantitative index for clinical application by applying color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI)and a-coustic densitometry(AD).Methods:According to clinical process and CDFI findings,38vessels were in acute phase,32vessels in subacute,and33vessels in chronic phase were selected for measuring the IBS value,and compared with that of normal vessels.Results:The IBS value was20.33±5.65dB in acute phase,23.97±8.65dB in subacute phase,and36.71±9.78dB in chronic phase.There is significant difference in IBS values between acute and chronic phase(P<0.01),and also significant differ-ence between chronic and subacute phases (P<0.05),and there is no difference between acute and subacute phases (P>0.05).Conclusion:AD technology is a non-invasive method which can be used to quantitate and evaluate the characteristics of deep venous thrombus in the low er limbs.
