摘  要:滴状冷凝传热机理已有一些报道,作者提出了一个新的观点并建立了一个计算滴状冷凝传热的新模型。模型通过计算液滴之间的液膜传热和液滴传热并结合液滴分布,获得了滴状冷凝的总传热系数。该模型仅含少量几个主要参数,如温差、液膜厚度、脱离液膜半径及液滴尺寸分布。滴状冷凝的传热系数和热通量的理论计算结果与文献值符合较好,说明该模型能较好地描述滴状冷凝传热的实际行为。Several models have been used to predict dropwise condensation heat transfer. However, some parameters are difficult to obtain. A modified heat transfer modei of dropwise condensation is proposed in this paper. It is suggested that a film of condensate existed on the area be-tween the droplets and also on the base area of the departed drops. The modei is so simplified that it contains only a few of main parameters, such as temperature difference, thickness of condensate film, diameter of departure drop, drop-size distribution. The overall heat transfer through the condensing surface includes the heat transferred through the film and heat transferred through all drops. The heat transfer coefficient and heat flux of dropwise condensation is calculated and the results are proved to be reasonable, when compared with the experimental data in previous studies.
