摘 要:运用浸渍法和叶片残毒法测定了 4种杀螨剂及其混剂对二斑叶螨抗性种群不同发育阶段的致毒作用。结果表明 :阿维菌素对雌成螨的毒力最高 ,LC50 为 0 .0 86 4mg/L ;其次为溴虫腈和阿维菌素 +哒螨灵 (1∶15 ) ,LC50 分别为 9.5 377mg/L和 1.4 4 12mg/L。对卵的毒力溴虫腈最高 ,LC50 为 0 .12 2 3mg/L ;其次为阿维菌素和阿维菌素 +哒螨灵 (1∶15 ) ,LC50 分别为 0 .4 4 2 5mg/L和0 6 82 7mg/L。对二斑叶螨的室内控制效果依次为溴虫腈 >阿维菌素 +哒螨灵 (1∶15 ) >哒螨灵 >阿维菌素 >哒螨灵 +甲氰菊酯 (1∶1) >甲氰菊酯。The toxicities of four kind of acaricides and their mixtures to Tetranychus urticae Koch were measured by both slide-dip method and leaf-dip method.The results showed that avermectin had the highest toxicity to female adults,LC 50 was 0.0864mg/L;chlorfenapyr and avermectin+pyridaben(1:15) had higher toxicities, LC 50 were 9.5377mg/L and 1.4412mg/L.while,the acaricides which had the highest toxicity to eggs was chlorfenapyr ,LC 50 was only 0.1223mg/L; avermectin and avermectin+pyridaben(1:15) had higher toxicities,LC 50 were 0.4425mg/L and 0.6827mg/L,respectively.The orders of larbuary toxicity from high to low were chlorfenapyr> avermectin+pyridaben(1∶15)>pyridaben>abamectin>pyridaben+fenpropat-hrin(1∶1)> fenpropathrin.
