摘 要:用恒温热重法 ,以正己烷脱氢为指示反应 ,研究了以环烷烃为覆炭原料的不同覆炭量的γ -Al2 O3覆炭载体(CCA)、γ -Al2 O3、Ni/Al2 O3及Ni/CCA催化剂的抗结焦性能 ;研究了正己烷在Ni/Al2 O3、Ni/CCA催化剂上的积碳动力学。结果表明 :CCA的抗结焦性能优于γ -Al2 O3,Ni/CCA催化剂的抗结焦性能优于Ni/Al2 O3,覆炭量对CCA和Ni/CCA催化剂的抗结焦性能影响较大 ;求得了正己烷在Ni/Al2 O3、Ni/CCA催化剂上的积碳表观活化能 ,分别为 2 6kJ/mol和 3 8kJ/mol,积碳反应级数分别为 0 5和 0 8。The anticoking properties of γ-Al 2O 3 carrier,carbon-covered Al 2O 3 (CCA) carriers,Ni/Al 2O 3 and Ni/CCA catalysts prepared with high temperature cracking of cycloalkanes were investigated by means of thermogravimetry(TG).The dehydrogenation of hexane was used as the coking reaction.The coking kinetics of hexane on the Ni/Al 2O 3 and Ni/CCA catalyst have been studied by TG.The results of the test on the anticoking property show that,under the same experimental conditions,CCA carrier is better than γ-Al 2O 3 and Ni/CCA catalyst is better than Ni/Al 2O 3 catalyst.The mass of carbon-covered CCA and Ni/CCA catalyst has great effects on their anticoking properties.The coking activation energy of hexane is 26 kJ/mol in the case of Ni/Al 2O 3 and 38 kJ/mol in that of Ni/CCA;the reaction order is 0 5 and 0 8,respectively,showing Ni/Al 2O 3 catalyst is more susceptible to coking than Ni/CCA catalyst.
