摘  要:运用模试实验数据 ,建立了苯乙烯 -马来酸酐无规共聚物 (SMA)工艺参数关系式。工业生产结果表明 ,该关系式可用于SMA工业生产工艺参数的调节 ,表明降低装置生产负荷、增加聚合反应器体积和降低原料液中马来酸酐含量可提高SMA相对分子质量。据估算 ,在同等的生产负荷下 ,兰化装置聚合温度比高化装置低 5~ 6℃ ;装置生产负荷从 10 0 %降为 40 %时 ,聚合温度可降低 17℃。Using the results from the experiments of styrene and maleic anhydride copolymerization in 10 L continuous-flow stirred tank reactor,the mathematical model for describing the dependence of the monomer feed rate on monomer conversion and polymerization temperature was successfully set up. This model was applicable in commercial plants with an annual capacity of several thousand tons for predicting polymerization temperature as a function of reactor volume or feed rate. It was concluded that the decrease in polymerization temperature is 5~6 ℃ as the reactor volume increases from 2 m 3 for 5 kt/a plant to 8 6 m 3 for 15 kt/a plant. It was estimated that the decrease in the production loading of the plants from 100% to 40% causes a reduction of 17 ℃ in polymerization temperature.
