摘　　要：介绍了四川省、重庆市气象信息农业应用业务服务系统的设计目标、设计原则、设计思路、网络拓扑结构和系统所具备的主要功能 ,以及三层体系结构C/S系统的概念、与二层体系结构C/S系统比较所具有的优势及其在系统中的应用情况 ,最后介绍了系统在气象部门内外的应用与推广。The aim, principle and ideology of the design, the net work topological structures and the main functions of the meteorological information system of C/S three layer structure were interpreted The conception of the C/S three layer structure system and its application were introduced by comparing with the C/S two layer structure system The application and extension of this operation and service system in agriculture in Sichuan province were summarized
