花粉、花粉多糖、灵芝孢子抑制肿瘤作用的对比研究

摘　　要：采用动物灌胃方法研究了玉米花粉、灵芝孢子、玉米花粉多糖对S 180腹水型肿瘤的抑制作用。结果 ,通过动物灌胃实验显示 ,玉米花粉多糖对于肿瘤的抑制作用最好 ,灵芝孢子次之 ,玉米花粉的抑制作用最小。The experiment was conducted to investigate the inhibiting effect of Maize pollen.Polysacchrides of maize pollen(PPM) and Maize spores'.Mice were used as the test animal with drench method.The result of drench method shows that polysacchrides of Maize pollen inhibiting effect was the best,the next is Maize spores'.and the Maize pollen is at the lowest level.
