唐菖蒲组培脱毒苗冷贮时限与再生能力的研究

摘　　要：对唐菖蒲组培脱毒苗“橙红娇”和“紫英华”作了种质贮藏时限与再生能力试验。组培苗深植于培养基内 2d后 ,置 4℃避光保存。实验结果表明 :唐菖蒲脱毒组培苗于 4℃避光保存 ,可保存种质 4个月左右 ,取出后 ,置室温下组培苗生长正常,分裂旺盛 ,可正常形成芽丛。A trial of cold storage and regenerated viability of germplasm was carried out in cultured virus-free plants of Gladiolus hybridus in vitro,'Chenghongjiao' and 'Ziyinghua'.The cultured plants were buried in medium for 2 days and then put in darkness at 4℃. The result showed that the cultured plants could be saved for six months.The plants grew normally and vigorously when they were moved to light room at room temperature and their buds formed normally.
