摘  要:首次对高河菜种子的形态、结构 ,贮藏方法及萌发等生物学特性进行了研究。结果表明 :高河菜种子无休眠现象 ,最佳贮藏方法为风干贮藏 ,种子发芽最适温度为 2 0℃ ,且与光照无明显关系 ;并对高河菜降海拔引种栽培作了初步研究 ,认为在年均温度 8℃以下的地区引种高河菜是可以成功的。The biological characters of Megacarpaea delavayi seed such as its form,structure,storage method,and sprouting were studied for the first time in this study .The findings showed:the seed had no resting period;air dry storage was the best way to keep it;and the most approriate temperature for the seed to sprout was 20 degree Celsius,with no clear link with illumination.The study also explored the possibility of cultivating Megacarpaea delavayi in areas of lower elevation,believing that it may be successful to introduce and cultivate Megacarpaea delavayi where the annual average temperature is below 8 degree Celsius.
