光滑念珠菌分离及对禽类致病性研究

摘　　要：自野生动物园 3只病死丹顶鹤心、肝、脾及小肠粘膜 ,首次分离到光滑念珠菌。经实验研究确定其为丹顶鹤致死病原。将其接种于鸡、鸭、小鼠 ,被接种动物均有较一致的眼观病变和显微组织学病理变化。其病变与丹顶鹤原发病变相符。说明该菌对禽类具有致病性。For the first time Candida glabrata is isolated from the heart,liver,lien and enteric mucous membrane of 3 red_crowned cranes dead of disease in the wild zoo.The pathogeny of death of the red_crowned cranes proved to be Candida glabrata by experiments and studies.After inoculation to the chicken,duck and mouse,macroscopic and microhistologic pathologic changes are found rather uniformitly in those animals.those pathologic changes are confirmed to the oringinal pathologic change in the red_crowned cranes.These facts indicate that Candida glabrata has pathogenicity to fowl.
