强效艾美耳牌鸡球虫疫苗免疫效果的研究

摘　　要：本实验研究了强效艾美耳牌鸡球虫疫苗免疫预防鸡球虫病的效果。实验结果表明 :强效艾美耳牌鸡球虫疫苗是安全有效的 ,其中滴服免疫的效果优于拌料免疫 ,滴服免疫不仅对攻毒后鸡有 10 0 %的保护效果 ,而且能有效地控制球虫病的发生 ,对小鸡的生长也有明显的保护作用 ;与常用抗球虫药氯苯胍相比 ,强效艾美耳牌鸡球虫疫苗预防鸡球虫病的效果优于氯苯胍 ,其对小鸡增重率、料肉比显示的效果也优于氯苯胍。This experiment studied the immunity efficacy of Eimerival Plus,a coccidiosis vaccine for chickens,against coccidiosis in chickens.The efficacy of providing the vaccine by oral_drop was better than that by feed_supplement.The vaccination of oral_drop method not only could save all the chickeds after infecting experimentally with mixing sporulated oocysts(50,000oocycts/bird),but also control the coccidiosio efficiently and maintain a good condition of chicken growth.Comparing with Robenidine,a common coccidiostate,the better results of preventing coccidiosis,the growth ratio and the feed conversion by vaccination with Eimerival Plus in chickens were obtained.
