摘　　要：结合OMRON CPM1A型PLC特点和涡轮增压器手臂阀自动焊接系统的特殊要求,介绍PLC在该焊接系统中的软硬件实现,特别提及和变频器配合在精度定位方面的运用。Considering the trait of OMRON CPM1A PLC and the special request in welding system for turbochanger arm valve, This article introduces the realization of automation control system's hardware and software using PLC , especially the application that PLC works in frequency converter to adjust alternating current motor's speed so as to achieve precision location control.
