摘　　要：该文通过对新疆细土平原区水文地质条件的分析 ,论述了潜水在不同排泄条件下水中盐分的运移和积聚的过程 ,从而提出竖井排灌是改良土壤盐渍化。On the basis of analyzing the hydrogeological conditions of fine soil plain area in Xinjiang, the process of migration and accumulation of the salt in phreatic water under different drainage circumstances is expounded, thus the effective measures of shaft drainage and irrigation to improve the salinization of soil and prevent soil resalinization are proposed
