二分群体决策规则约束条件研究

摘　　要：本文从二分群体决策的角度讨论了Arrow、May、Nitzan等提出的群体决策规则约束条件的合理性 ,指出了其中非独裁性条件、不计名条件、Pareto条件并不完全适用于二分群体决策 ;重新界定了方案对称性 ,并指出只有在二分群体决策满足方案对称性时 ,中性条件才是合理的 ;最后用Venn图表示出了各组约束条件所确定的规则集。We have discussed the restrictive conditions on group decision rules proposed by Arrow,May and Nitzan from the angle of dichotomous group decision making and point out the limitation of nondictatorship,anonymity and Pareto conditions when they are applied to dichotomous group decision making.A more precise definitions of alternative symmetry is offered in the paper.And it's pointed out that neutrality condition is reasonable only when alternatives of dichotomous group decision making are symmetric.At last,a Venn graph is adopted to illustrate the relations among those rule sets defined by various rule restrictive conditions and weighted majority rule set.
