摘 要:详细研究了应用玻碳电极溶出伏安法测定戊酸雌二醇的实验条件 ,其中包括最佳支持电解质的选择 ,酸度的影响 ,富集电位和富集时间的选择 ,扫描速率与峰电流的关系 .实验发现氧化峰电流与戊酸雌二醇的浓度在 6 .0× 10 - 8~ 2 .5× 10 - 6 mol L之间呈良好的线性关系 ,检测限为 1.5× 10 - 8mol L 。Glassy carbon(GC) electrode has been investigated as sensors for the determination of Estradioli Valeras(EV). Estradioli Valeras is accumulated on the surface of glassy carbon electrode at -0.5V(vs. SCE),and then Estradioli Valeras is oxidated during the potential scanning from -0.50V to 1.00V. The experiment paraments, such as supporting electrolyte and pH values, accumulation potential and time, and scan rate are optimized. The effect of sweep rate demonstrates that this electrochemical process is controlled by adsorption. It is found that the peak current is linear with the concentration of the EV in the range from 6.0×10 -8 ~2.5×10 -6 mol/L, and the detection limit is 1.5×10 -8 mol/L.
