“三线放松法”在排球课中的追踪观察实验研究

摘  要:采用皮肤乳酸量测定方法 ,对“三线放松法”的效果进行了 6周的跟踪观察实验 ,结果发现第 5周的放松效果与采用积极放松法练习的效果相同 ,且具有很短时间能达到放松目的和调整学生心理的独到优点 ,为“三线放松法”Measurement of the amount of the lactic acid is adopted on the research. After six weeks observational experiment on the effect of 'Three-line relaxation method', it has been found out that the relaxed effect of the 5th week is the same as that of active relaxation practice. This method is particularly able to ensure relaxation within a short time as well as adjusting the psychology of the students. As a result, it has provided evidences for the wide application of 'Three-line relaxation method'. Physical training teachers and coaches can also use it for reference.
