摘　　要：目的 :探讨慢性胃溃疡胃窦粘液细胞超微结构的改变及针刺手法的影响。方法 :采用醋酸浸渍法造成大鼠慢性胃溃疡模型 ,观察溃疡周边粘液细胞超微结构的变化。结果 :与对照组比较 ,模型组粘液细胞内无或仅少数见稀少粘原颗粒 ,线粒体肿胀或固缩 ,内质网高度扩张 ,低倍镜下在核周围形成大量空泡 ,高倍镜下与核周间隙相通 ,细胞间隙增宽。治疗后上述病理改变得到明显改善并基本恢复正常。结论 :慢性胃溃疡时胃窦粘液细胞的超微结构发生明显病理改变 ,针刺对其有较好的治疗作用 。Purpose To study on the changes of the ultrastructure of the gastric antrum mucous cell and effects of the different acupuncture methods on chronic gastric ulcer. Methods The model of chronic gastric ulcer were made by the modified acetic acid infusing technique, and the ultrastructure of the gastric antrum mucous cell were observed by electron microscope. Results As compared with the control group, the amount of pro mucous granule decreased greatly or even no pro mucous granule in the gastric antrum mucous cell was found, with a great deal of vacuoles around the nucleolus, and the mitochondria swelling or pyknosis in the model group. After acupuncture treatment, all these pathological changes improved significantly and restored basically to normal, and the warm reinforcing method was more effective than the twirling reinforcing method. Conclusion Ultrastructures of the gastric antrum mucous cell occur many pathologic changes in chronic gastric ulcer and acupuncture can make these changes tend to normal.
