摘  要:目的 :探讨针刺促脊髓背根侧枝出芽的机制。方法 :用免疫组化和原位杂交技术检测部分去传入纤维并针刺后 ,猫脊髓Ⅱ板层和保留背根节内 3种神经营养素及其mRNA的表达变化。结果 :NGF及其mRNA分布于Ⅱ板层神经元内 ,针刺对二者的表达无显著影响。BDNF主要分布于神经终末和膨体内 ,NT 3主要分布于神经元和胶质细胞内 ,二者的mRNA均阴性 ,针刺组该二因子的表达均显著增强。三种因子及其mRNA在保留背根节部分神经元内表达 ,针刺组 3种因子及其mRNA表达均显著增强。结论 :针刺促进 3种因子及其mRNA在保留背根节的表达 。Purpose To explore the mechanism of acupuncture promoting spinal dorsal root fiber collateral sprouting. Methods ABC immunohistochemical and in situs hibridization techniques were used to analyze the changes of NGF, BDNF, NT 3 and their mRNA expression in spinal lamina Ⅱ and spared dorsal root ganglion (DRG) after rhizotomy of partial dorsal root of the cat and acupuncture treatment. Results In spinal lamina Ⅱ, NGF and its mRNA were detected in part of neurons, and acupuncture did not influence their expression. BDNF in nerve fibers terminals and varicosities, NT 3 in part of neurons and neuroglias. The mRNAs of the later two were negative. Acupuncture increased the expression of the two factors. In spared DRG, the three factors and their mRNA were expressed in part of neurons and were promoted by acupuncture greatly. Conclusion The increase of expression of NGF, BDNF, NT 3 and their mRNA in spared DRG may be one of the mechanisms of acupuncture promoting spinal plasticity.
