摘 要:探讨菊花对实验性晶状体氧化损伤的防护作用。将 9只 (1 8眼 )新西兰白兔晶状体分成正常对照组、Fenton组和菊花组。采用 Fenton反应复制兔晶状体氧化损伤模型 ,在显微镜下观察各组晶状体的混浊程度 ,并分别测定晶状体的 SP、SOD、GSH-Px、GSH含量。结果发现 :1菊花组的晶状体混浊程度明显轻于 Fenton组 ;2菊花组晶状体中酶性抗氧化剂 SOD,GSH-Px的活性和非酶性抗氧化剂 GSH的含量明显高于 Fenton组 (P<0 .0 5 )。实验表明菊花可通过提高晶状体的抗氧化能力 ,对抗晶状体的氧化损伤。To investigate the protecting role of chrysanthemum against experimental oxidative damages of lens.9 New Zealand rabbits (18 eyes)were divided into three groups:control group(G\-1),Fenton group(G\-2),chrysanthemum group(G\-3).All fresh lenses except G\-1 were bathed in Fenton reaction system in order to reproduce a model of oxidative damages of lens.Opacities of lenses were observed under microscope.Then soluble protein(SP),superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH Px)and glutathione(GSH) in homogenized lenses were measured.The results indicated that the opacities of lens in G\-3 were slighter than that in G\-2,and the activities of SOD and GSH Px and the levels of GSH in the lens of G\-3 were higher significantly than that in G\-2(P<0.05).The findings showed that chrysanthemum could remarkably protect against oxidative damages of lens in Fenton reaction system.The results provided scientific basis for using chrysanthemum as a potential drug to prevent and treat cataract.\;
