复聪片预防老年大鼠听功能下降的机理研究

摘　　要：用复聪片和生理盐水作材料 ,将试验大鼠分为青年对照组、老年对照组、复聪片组进行灌胃 ,测定听觉脑干诱发电位反应阈 (ABR)和左耳全耳听泡超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活力。结果表明复聪片能有效防止老年大鼠听阈升高 。Rats were divided into Yong contrast group, Old contrast group, Experiment group, and Fucong Tablet and saline were used for intragastric perfusion respectively, while auditory brainstem response (ABR) and auditory vesicle SOD were assayed. The results showed that Fucong Tablet could prevent effectively the ascending of senile auditory threshold, as well as the SOD descending with the age increase.
