归芍调经片调经作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨归芍调经片对大鼠子宫平滑肌的影响以及对大鼠雌激素水平的影响。方法 :用催产素诱发子宫平滑肌痉挛的模型 ,用离体子宫测定仪进行测定 ;同时用放射免疫法对大鼠血清中雌二醇的量进行检测。结果 :归芍调经片对正常子宫平滑肌有抑制作用 ,能明显对抗由催产素引起的子宫平滑肌强烈收缩 ;能明显增加大鼠子宫湿重 ;并具有提高大鼠血清雌二醇含量的趋势 ,但对大鼠的动情周期及对大鼠卵巢湿重无明显影响。结论 :归芍调经片具有调经作用。Objective: To explore the effect of Guishaotiaojing Talet (GSTJT)on rat uterus smooth muscle and serum estrogen change. Method: uterus smooth muscle spasm was induced by oxytocin, determined by the in vitro- uterus- apparatus , RIA for estrogen. Results: GSTJT could restrain the uterus smooth muscle, with strong antagonism for constrict of uterus smooth muscle induced by oxytocin, increasing uterus' gross weight and estrogen; while no significant effect for estrous cycle and ovary's gross weight. Conclusion: GSTJP has efficacy of regulating menoxenia.
