益肾健身精对老年大鼠线粒体细胞色素氧化酶活力的影响

摘　　要：目的 :研究益肾健身精延缓衰老的机理。方法 :将大鼠分为 3组 ,实验组为 2 0月龄大鼠饲喂混有一定量的益肾健身精饲料 80天 ,老龄对照组为 2 0月龄大鼠饲喂一般饲料 80天 ,青年对照组为 2月龄大鼠饲喂一般饲料 80天 ,然后取肝脏测定其线粒体的细胞色素氧化酶活性。结果 :2月龄对照组大鼠肝线粒体细胞色素氧化酶活性为 2 5 .5 4± 0 .0 8,2 0月龄对照组酶活性为 2 1.5 1± 0 .19,2 0月龄对照组酶活性为 2 1.88± 0 .18。结论 :大鼠线粒体细胞色素氧化酶活性随增龄而降低 。Objective : To understand the principle of Yishengjiansheng-jing(YSJSJ) postponing rats senility . Method: Thirty SD rats (20 month old)were randomized into two groups:YSJSJ group,fed with the food mixing YSJSJ for eighty days .Control group , fed with the normal food for the same days. 2 month old control group: fifteen SD rats of 2 month old fed with the normal food for eighty days . Cytochrome oxidase were extracted from the livers. Cytochrome oxidase activity was determined. Results : Cytochrome oxidase activity of 2 month old control group is 25.54 ±0.08, cytochrome oxidase activity of control group is 21.51 ±0.19, cytochrome oxidase activity of YSJSJ group is 21.88 ±0.18. Conclusion : Cytochrome oxidase activity of rats could reduce with aging .YSJSJ could lower the reducing velocity of cytochrome oxidase activity .
