治喘贴对实验大鼠T细胞亚群增殖及白介素-2的作用研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究治喘贴对卵清蛋白所致的哮喘实验大鼠体内T细胞亚群增殖及白介素 - 2 (1L - 2 )的调节作用。方法 :将实验大鼠随机分为对照组、哮喘模型组、代温灸膏治疗组、治喘贴治疗组 ,后者经外贴治疗 18d。采集大鼠胸腺及心脏血 ,采用流式免疫荧光技术和酶联免疫吸附 (ELISA)法分析其体内T细胞亚群增殖和血清中IL - 2的含量。结果 :治喘贴组和对照组大鼠胸腺细胞 (CD4+ 、CD8+ )S期、G2 +M期明显高于模型组 ,而细胞G0 /G1期低于模型组 (P均 <0 .0 5 ) ;治喘贴组大鼠血清中IL - 2含量明显高于对照组和模型组 (P均<0 .0 5 )。结论 :治喘贴能促进哮喘大鼠胸腺细胞 (CD4+ 、CD8+ )增殖 ,提高IL - 2的含量 ,从而调节机体免疫功能 ,改善气道变态性炎症反应。Objective:To investigate the effect of Zhichuantie on the proliferation of the thorax cell subgroup and the adjustion of interleukin-2 (IL-2) in asthma rats by ovalbumin.Methods:Experimental rats were randomly divided into four groups.control group, asthma model group, Daiwenjiugao treatment group and Zhichuantie treatment group.After 18 days treatment, the thymus and heart blood of rattus were collocted. Then we assayed the increasing of the cell of thorax gland and the level of IL-2 in blood through the flow cytometry (FCM) and mzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELASA).Results:The content of thorax gland cell in the time of S and G 2+M of Zhichuantie group and the control group were significantly higher than that of asthma group, while rite G 0/G 1 was lower (all P <0.05). The content of IL-2 of tire Zhmkuantie group was higher than that of control group and asthma group (all P < 0.05).Conclusions: Zhichuantie can promote the increase of thorax gland cell and the level of IL-2 .So as to improve immune system of asthmatic body and airway allerge inflammation of asthma in rattus norregicus with ovalbum.
