帕歌斯在老年退行性关节病治疗中的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察帕歌斯与双氯芬酸钠在老年退行性关节病治疗中疗效及副作用的比较。方法 :对 2 0 2例临床确诊为老年退行性关节病患者随机分两组 ,用双盲法作治疗 ,用药 4周后观察两组的临床疗效及副作用。结果 :帕歌斯与双氯芬酸钠的显效率和总有效率差异无显著性意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。但帕歌斯组的副作用明显少于双氯芬酸钠组 ,两组副作用差异有极显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :在老年退行性关节病的治疗中 ,帕歌斯是一种临床疗效好且无副作用的理想药物。Objective:To observe the efficacy and side effects of the treatment with Harpagophytum Procumbens and Diclofenac Sodium on aged degenerative joint disease.Method:We divided 202 cases diagnosed aged degenerative joint disease into two groups and used double-blind therapy.We observed the efficacy and side effects after a period of four-week therapy.Results:The results showed that the total effective rate was over 80% in two groups ,and there were no obvious differences in efficacy ( P >0.05). There was a high rate(30.8%) of incidence of stomachach or headach in the group with Diclofenac Sodium, as compared with zero rate(0%) in the group with Harpagophytum Procumbens,and there were extremely obvious differences in side effects ( P <0.01).Conclusion:Harpagophytum Procumbens is an effective drug and has no side effect in treating aged degenerative joint disease.
