摘　　要：目的 :探讨颈椎带锁钢板在急性颈椎间盘突出症的应用价值。方法 :2 0例急性颈椎间盘突出症患者施行颈前路减压、自体髂骨植骨及颈椎带锁钢板内固定术。结果 :2 0例均获得随访 6～ 2 4个月 ,平均随访时间 1 3个月。所有病例植骨完全愈合 ,无一例发生钢板螺钉松动、断裂等并发症 ,结论 :颈椎前路带锁钢板应用于急性颈椎间盘突出症可显著提高植骨融合率 。Objective: To discuss the value of cervical spine locking plate in acute disc herniation.Methods:Twenty cases of acute disc derniation were treated by anterior decompression,auto iliac bone graft,and the cervical spine locking plate fixation.Results:Twenty cases were followed up for 6 24 months(averaged 13 months).Complete fusion of bone graft were observed in all cases with no obvious complication of hardware fixation.There were no loosening of the plates and the screws.Conclusion:Using cervical spine locking plate in the acute disc herniation could increase the fusion rate of the bone graft and provide reliable stability for the fixation segments.
