摘　　要：近年来 ,面对日益严峻的市场形势和繁重的监管任务 ,我国工程建设监管的组织、制度、法规建设得到了一定的改善和加强 ,监管工作起到了一定的作用。但也存在许多导致监管不力、监管不当的问题 ,需要认真分析原因 ,并在此基础上提出解决问题的方略。In recent years facing the increasingly serious market situation and arduous supervision task, the organizational, systematic and law construction in our country's project construction supervision has been improved and strengthened and the supervision itself has worked well to some extent. However, there still exist some problems such as weak and impertinent supervisions. The reasons should be analyzed carefully so as to find the solution.
