摘  要:在辽河油田杜 84块油藏开展了水热裂解采油技术应用现场试验 .在蒸汽吞吐条件下 ( 16 0 - 2 4 0℃ ) ,采用段塞式注入方式 ,加入催化剂及助剂体系 ,使超稠油就地发生水热裂解 .经水热裂解采出的稠油品位得到明显改善 :原油的总碳数和芳香碳数明显减少 ,芳香环和环烷烃的环数也明显降低 ,周期初始稠油降粘率为 80 %以上 ,且在 30d内保持降粘率大于 50 % .8口试验井累计增油 5933.9t,平均单井增油 74 0t.试验结果表明 :应用水热裂解采油技术开采辽河超稠油 ,不仅在技术上可行 。The experiments of aquathermolysis recovery in situ were carried out in Du 84 region in Liaohe Oilfield. At the temperature of cyclic steam stimulation (160-240 ℃) the aquathermolysis of the extra heavy oil consequently took place in the formation with the addition of the catalyst and compounding chemicals. And the oil recovered by aquathermolysis were upgraded. The total carbon number and aromatic carbon number obviously decreased, so did the ring number of aromatic and naphthenic hydrocarbons. It implied that some gases and light hydrocarbon were formed. In the early production period, the viscosity reduction ratio came to 80%, and decreased to 50% in 30 days. The production for the 8 experimental steam injection wells by aquathermolysis were significantly increased, the accumulative total oil incrwase amounted to 5933.9 ton, an average of 740 ton, the input\|output ratio up to 1:6. It was proved that the aquathermolysis recovery technique was feasible for the Liaohe heavy oil, and the obvious economic efficiency could be achieved.recoveryinsituwerecarried
