摘　　要：新民主主义革命的基本纲领和社会主义初级阶段的基本纲领具有一定的继承关系 ,二者在经济、政治、文化方面的内容有很大的一致性。尽管是两个不同阶段的两个不同基本纲领 ,但是它们在理论上是一脉相承的。这两个基本纲领作为不同时期指导中国革命和建设取得胜利的理论 。The basic program of neo democraticism is successively connected to a degree with that for the preliminary phase of socialism. The two basic programs agree considerably in economic, political and cultural contents. Although they are two different programs for two different phases of Chinese society, they are theoretically related anyway. As the theory having led Chinese revolution and construction victoriously in different historical periods, these two basic programs have profound impacts on the cause of socialist construction in China.
