摘  要:目的 观察脑灵素胶囊对小鼠游泳耐力及耐缺氧能力的影响。方法 小鼠游泳耐力试验是将小鼠放入温度为 2 0℃、直径 2 5cm、深 15cm的水浴中 ,观察小鼠游泳至下沉时间 ;小鼠耐缺氧能力试验是将小鼠置于容积为2 80ml密闭的广口瓶中 ,瓶内放置 10g干燥的钠石灰 ,观察小鼠在瓶内存活时间。结果 脑灵素胶囊 0 .2g/kg、0 .4g/kg能显著提高小鼠游泳耐力和耐缺氧能力。结论 脑灵素胶囊对小鼠游泳耐力及耐缺氧能力呈剂量依赖性提高。Objective The effects of Capsule Nao Ling Su on swimming resistance and the ability of anti-anoxia were studied in mice.Methods To test the swimming resistance mouse was placed in the bathing container , diameter 25 cm and height 15 cm , water temperature 20℃. The swimming duration from begin to sinkage was recorded . To test the ability of anti-anoxia mouse was put in a 280 ml airtight jar , prestore 10 g dry sodalime , and the survival time was noted.Results Capsule Nao Ling Su 0.2g/kg and 0.4g/kg both enhance mice swimming resistance and the ability of anti-anoxia significant and very significant, respectively.Conclusions Capsule Nao Ling Su enhance mice swimming resistance and the ability of anti-anoxia in dose dependently
