负重位全下肢一次成像摄片装置的研制与应用

摘　　要：目的 :研制全下肢一次成像摄片装置 ,以获得一次摄取全下肢 X线影像。方法 :测量 30例患者双踝关节至双髋关节长度。确定所需 X光片的规格为 35 .5 cm× 96 .5 cm,设计专用摄片架并特制相应暗盒、增感屏及滤线器。结果 :5 0例全下肢 X线照片显示双踝关节至双髋关节影像诊断清晰 ,密度一致。结论 :一次成像全下肢Objective To develop the imaging and photographic set so as to achieve one time X ray image of the total low extremities. Methods The lenth of both ankles and both hipbones of 30 cases were measured. The length of X ray film needed was 3.5 cm multipy 96.5 cm. Special support, cassete, intensifying screen and filter were designed. Results The films of 50 cases were very clear to show the whoe limbs and the density of film was uniform. Conclusion Accurate and reliab leimages provoided by one time image would get better effect of measurement for total low extrimty before and after operation.
