摘　　要：独立式住宅是乡镇区域住宅的主体 ,研究其外围护结构的热工设计具有重要的现实意义 .本文通过对双层窑居建筑室内气候的评价和对围护结构内表面结露的分析 ,提出了独立式住宅围护结构防潮设计优化的构造措施 ;Free-standing house is the main type of residential house in village and town. It is important to research thermal design of it's fencing strueture, Based on the evaluation of the indoor climate and an analysis on the surface dewing the aufhors present the optinal design method for the fencing structure to prevent dewing. The resuct proves to be veluable for the design of such free standing building.
