摘　　要：数字信息资源建设涉及的标准规范分为内容创建、描述、组织、管理、服务、长期保存和项目建设等。各国数字图书馆建设 ,在项目启动初期都致力于建立数字信息资源建设的标准规范描述体系 ,我国应参照各国的成功经验。参考文献 93。Standards and specifications related to the building of digital resources can be divided into those for the creation, description, management, services, long term storage of contents, etc. In early stages of the development of digital libraries in various countries, emphasis is put on the establishment of systems of standards and specifications for the building of digital resources. In this paper, the authors propose to learn from the experiences of foreign countries. 93 refs.
