摘　　要：缩小我国中西部与东部地区信息化差距的对策有 :加快西部地区信息基础设施建设 ,建立普遍服务制度 ;鼓励企业参与信息化建设 ,扩大内外开放 ;发展网络教育 ,实现网络大众化消费 ;加大对西部等落后地区信息事业的投资力度 ,制定相应的政策法规等。参考文献 11。In this paper, the author proposes some recommendations for eliminating gaps between central and western China and eastern China, including the construction of information infrastructure, the establishment of an universal service system, the openness to the outside, the development of network education and the legislation in related fields. 11 refs.
