摘　　要：文中介绍了在传统纹制工艺的基础上 ,应用现代计算机技术开发出一套简捷、适用的贾卡提花织物工艺设计CAD系统。其基本功能包括文件处理、工艺参数处理、意匠图、布面模拟、绘制小样、编辑、小样及布面变换等。该系统采用VC语言编程 ,具有自动引导、人机对话、鼠标绘图、纹版轧制、布面模拟等多种功能 。Based on traditional card manufacture process, a feasible and forthright CAD patterning system for warp-knitted jacquard fabric has been developed by means of modern computer technique with main functions of file handling, handling of process parameters, pattern grid's drawing, simulation of fabric surface as well as drawing sub-sample, editing, conversion of reference sample and fabric surface. Programming is made based on VC language in this system with a variety of performance such as automatic bootstrap, man-machine interaction, mouse drawing, card pressing and simulation of cloth appearance. The technological chart required for processing can be printed out rapidly.
